Claire was born in Stratford–upon–Avon in 1968 and initially worked locally painting figurines – whilst spending her spare time concentrating on her own paintings. Claire says:

"With a large imagination and a love of bold colour and shape, I think that my acrylic paintings take on a naïve and quirky quality."

We agree! Claire's folk art style exudes warmth and light-heartedness whilst also displaying her sharp eye for design.
